How to reset forgotten password?

If you have lost your password, generating a new one requires only a few simple steps.

  • Go to the URL provided to you to access Admin Console, and you can find the login page as follows.

  • On the login page, click the Forgot Password, and a popup will appear, as you see in the following screenshot.

  • In the popup, enter the email you've used to create the account on Admin Console.
  • Then, click the Reset Password button.
  • You can see a notification as 'If the entered Email is registered with us, then an email with the reset password instructions will be sent to that email ID.'

  • Open your email account and look for the password reset email sent to you.
  • Open the email and click on the link provided.

  • You'll be redirected to the reset password page.
  • Enter the new password.
  • Then, re-enter the new password.
  • And click Reset password.

After successfully following the steps, you'll reset your password and can log in to your platform.
